Town of Andover Environmental Monitoring and Plan Review

The Town of Andover Conservation Department has retained Aqueous Consultants for multiple projects for peer review engineering services, weekly environmental site monitoring, and to attend Conservation Commission hearings. As part of these projects, Aqueous functions as an Agent of the Conservation Commission and inspects sites on their behalf for compliance with Orders of Conditions issued under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
